Mind & Body
Our fitness program offers a variety of yoga and mindfulness based movement classes to keep you active. The word yoga means "union" or "yoke," uniting both mind and body. We offer a variety of styles looking to help with breathing techniques and postures necessary to improve strength & flexibility, and overall well-being of a regular mind & body practice. All classes listed on the Mind & Body schedule must be purchased outside your Recreation Center membership, and can be done so here.
