Introduction
This employee-led initiative empowers university employees to serve as peer leaders who promote well-being initiatives, connect colleagues with well-being resources across campus, and contribute to an empowered campus culture.
Owl-Liance Leaders will collaborate with the Assistant Director for Employee Well-Being and Oversight Council to align well-being resources across campus, implement programs, support policy recommendations, and drive participation in well-being activities by bridging departments and divisions. These leaders will ensure that employees have seamless access to tools and support that enhance their physical, behavioral, and professional well-being.
