RICE UNIVERSITY

Wellness Wednesdays

President Reginald and Paula DesRoches and the university's leadership team are partnering with the Gibbs Recreation and Wellness Center to bring Wellness Wednesdays to campus. This initiative is dedicated to employee well-being and focuses on a comprehensive approach to health and wellness, featuring many opportunities for employees to participate with university leaders in different ways. Throughout the academic year, sessions are held once a month across campus. The next session is scheduled for Wednesday, April 29, 2026.
