Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese, non-invasive, energy-balancing technique to help individuals relax and reduce stress. "Rei" means "universal" and "ki" means "life force" (like Chinese "chi" or "qi"). Clients will relax on a table or chair and Reiki practionioners will gently place or hover their hands on energy centers, such as the head, torso, and legs. Deep relaxation and calm enable the body's parasympathetic nervous system to regulate, which has positive effects on one's whole health.

Her teachers are Ray Golden (obtained Third Degree Master Practitioner certification) and Adele and Gary Malone (obtained Third Degree Master Teacher certification), and she is a member of the Reiki Healing Association. Veronica also teaches Reiki and herbalism classes through her business Creative Phase Wisdom and Wellness, and she strives to create a radically inclusive and safe space for all.
Late Policy / Cancellation Policy for Recovery Services
All participants are responsible for arriving in a timely manner to their sessions. It is required by policy for the individual conducting the assessment to wait 10 minutes beyond the scheduled start time before the session is forfeited. If a client's session begins late due to the person’s late arrival, the staff member continues with the session and ends at the scheduled time.
Except in the event of an emergency, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellation. Failure to cancel within 24 hours or failure to show up for a session will result in a forfeit of the session. Exceptions will only be made in the case of a medical emergency accompanied by a doctor's note.
