Become a ROPE Trip Leader
ROPE trip leading is a developmental experience through which staff members build leadership, decision-making, and outdoor skills while facilitating outdoor trips for the university community. Our trip leaders lead two to three trips each semester and attend additional training trips and seminars to develop their skills and abilities. If you are passionate about the outdoors, facilitating a good time, or traveling, stop by the OAC to talk to us about the experience.
