The Rice Fitness Program hosts a series of mobility clinics targeting the most commonly impaired joints. Each clinic includes a combination of stretching, foam rolling, and stability work, all designed to promote better movement and improved functional range of motion.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8-week, empirically supported program that teaches people how to utilize their innate resources and abilities to respond effectively to stress and pain. Each session, individuals will participate in guided meditation, gentle movement or other mindfulness-based practices, all within the context of a supportive group environment.
