The Recreation Center offers classes and workshops for students, staff, and faculty throughout the year dedicated to enhancing the quality of life through healthy practices of all kinds. Nirvana: A Moment to Breathe
Regular meditation sessions can yield long-term health benefits and reduce the symptoms of stress and anxiety. Attend our FREE guided mindfulness meditations every Thursday at noon, and start your journey to becoming a calmer, more peaceful you! No registration is required.

Location: Rice Memorial Chapel
Spring 2026 sessions will run from January 29 through April 30. There will be no meditations held on campus-observed holidays or academic recesses.
