R.O.P.E. offers a variety of trips each semester that are designed for all experience levels. All trip registrations include transportation, meals, equipment rentals, and guided instruction by our skilled Outdoor Trip Leaders. Trip Cancellation/Refund Policy
There is a 10%, minimum $10, fee for all cancellations and transfers. Additional fee refunds may not be available for extended trips depending on recreational fees paid in advance of trip departure.
Cancellations made less than two weeks (14 days) prior to the event are not eligible for a refund.
In the event ROPE should cancel a trip, we will issue a full credit or refund for registration fees. Trips may be cancelled for severe weather, road conditions, recreation area closures, instructor illness, and registration numbers.
Deposits for trips are non-refundable. Please review full trip costs and itineraries in advance of registration.
