All yoga privates will be led by Tatiana Piedrahita. Tatiana is a Registered Yoga Teacher with over 9 years of experience. Her greatest joy is sharing her passion for yoga and movement, which is reflected in the confidence and care with which she teaches.

What to expect

Each session will start with an individualized assessment in order to outline specific expectations and goals for your yoga journey. In addition, they will also include: posture alignment, breathwork, and a unique pattern of sequencing designed to revitalize your body, mind and soul!
