Christina Eldridge, MPH, is a skilled professional with extensive experience in community engagement and employee wellness. Having recently relocated from Richmond, VA, to Houston, TX, she brings a proven track record of managing local and state-sponsored programs that have enhanced wellness, health initiatives, and employee engagement across Virginia. Her expertise in developing wellness initiatives and implementing state-wide events has positively impacted diverse populations and driven measurable health outcomes.
In her role as Assistant Director for Employee Well-Being at Rice University, Christina is responsible for supervising and managing all facets of the program, including strategic planning, staff support, and financial oversight. She is committed to designing and implementing holistic wellness programs that enhance the health and well-being of the campus community, improve population health outcomes, and strengthen organizational effectiveness. Christina holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration and Human Services from Old Dominion University and a Master of Public Health in Health Promotions from Liberty University.
