Health and Well-Being Coaches

Dr. Elizabeth Slator - Health and Well-Being Coach, Mindfulness and Behavior Change Educator

Dr

I’m a health and well-being coach and mindfulness specialist with 20+ years of experience helping people build sustainable habits, navigate change, and thrive in complex, high-demand environments. My work is grounded in a mindfulness-based approach to wellness—one thatemphasizes awareness, curiosity, and compassion over perfection and relentless self-improvement. Rather than “fixing” people or prescribing a single right way to be healthy,

I partner with individuals to identify patterns, clarify their values, and make choices that support well-being in the context of real life. My areas of specialization include stress management, major life transitions, healthspan/movement/performance, women’s health, and high-reward behavior change.

My goal for every coaching engagement is to establish a collaborative and nonjudgmental partnership that meets individuals where they are. Much of my work centers on helping individuals translate insight into action—whether that means managing stress more skillfully, establishing healthier routines, improving work–life integration, or sustaining change through different seasons of work and life. Progress, not perfection, is the goal.

I hold a PhD in Health and Human Performance and am an ICF Associate Certified Coach, a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher, an ACE-certified behavior change specialist and personal trainer, and a certified Wilderness First Responder. At the heart of my work is a belief that well-being is a practice—one that grows through presence, partnership, and compassion.

Stephanie Greco - Health and Well-Being Coach, Yoga Therapist

Stephanie Greco Health Coach

Stephanie Greco is a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and health coach with over a decade of experience supporting individuals on their path to healing and wellbeing. Her work takes a holistic approach, recognizing the connection between the body, mind, and nervous system, and focusing on practical, sustainable ways to support long-term health.

She has worked with a diverse range of clients—from children and professional athletes to executives and CEOs—bringing a thoughtful and individualized approach to each person she works with. After spending 17 years in Los Angeles deepening her personal practice and professional training, Stephanie was drawn to yoga therapy and health coaching through a desire to offer more comprehensive, supportive care than conventional approaches alone can provide.

As a yoga therapist, she utilizes mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and lifestyle guidance to support clients in navigating stress, physical discomfort, improving resilience, and feeling more at ease in their bodies. As a health coach, she partners with her clients to co-create meaningful, sustainable health and behavior changes aligned with their goals. Her style is grounded, approachable, and deeply person-centered, with an emphasis on meeting people where they are and supporting lasting change rather than quick fixes.
