The Recreation Center offers several classes and workshops throughout the year dedicated to enhancing quality of life through healthy practices of all kinds. If you are interested in learning how to improve your "health-span" and build a community of support and connection, please check out one of the following options:

Nirvana Sessions

Date: Tuesdays
Time: 12-12:20 p.m.
Location: Rice Memorial Chapel

Fall 2024 sessions will run from September 3 through December 3.

Regular meditation sessions can yield long-term health benefits and reduce the symptoms of stress and anxiety. Attend our FREE guided mindfulness meditations every Tuesday at noon, and start your journey to becoming a calmer, more peaceful you! No registration is required.
