The Recreation Center offers several classes and workshops throughout the year dedicated to the practice of mindfulness. If you are interested in learning the fundamentals, building a community of support and connection, or hoping to deepen your current practice, please check out one of the following options:

Nirvana Sessions

Feeling a little overwhelmed? Decrease your tension every Tuesday and Thursday as we host FREE guided mindfulness meditation sessions streamed live on Zoom. Meditations will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00-12:30pm. Registration is free and open to the public.

Sessions will run from January 24th until May 20th. There will be no sessions during the summer months, but we will resume both live and online meditations sessions again in the fall!
