The Recreation Center offers several classes and workshops throughout the year dedicated to the practice of mindfulness. If you are interested in learning the fundamentals, building a community of support and connection, or hoping to deepen your current practice, please check out one of the following options:
Feeling a little overwhelmed? Decrease your tension every Tuesday and Thursday as we host FREE guided relaxation sessions. Held in the Rice Memorial Chapel, these 25 minute drop-in classes are sure to bring more ease and peace to your life. Nirvana sessions run from Jan. 14 - May. 7, 2020. Nirvana sessions will not be held on Mar. 17th and Mar. 19th.
Mindful Practice Community
