Sarah Granberry
Sarah Granberry has been teaching yoga and movement since 2013 - she has completed a variety of yoga teacher trainings in different styles of yoga and specializes in functional movement and therapeutics. Sarah incorporates different techniques and methodologies depending on each person's body. Each body is different and should be treated uniquely. Sarah not only helps her clients work towards their fitness goals, but can work to help you set accurate and achievable goals. After years of practicing yoga in a "hyper-flexible" way, Sarah realized that her joints and muscles needed to be stronger, and that only flexibility would not get her very far, and may end up being to her detriment. Her current practice includes functional movement patterns, and isolated movement, calisthenics, yoga therapeutics, and joint mobility therapeutics. A well-trained core, and strong spine and breath awareness are all important to Sarah's workout. She has a light-hearted approach to fitness and believes mindfulness and awareness play a huge role in reaching your goals in life. Sarah enjoys working with all levels and has a particular gift for meeting people where they are.
