Mike Peron has coached swimming for over a decade, and in that time he has added a Masters in Physical Education and CSCS certification to augment his fitness knowledge. While his speciality is youth fitness and swim-specific strength training, he has experience with many styles of functional and calisthenic programs, especially gymnastics-based strength training. Most of his time is spent working with his competitive youth swim team or running his water safety nonprofit, where he does the same thing he wants to do with his clients: help people find joy in fitness.
