Denise Horvilleur

Denise has worked as a trainer in the Health and Wellness field for over a decade. She currently holds NASM Personal Training and Yoga certifications. Working with a diverse population in a variety of settings has offered Denise a perspective on the cyclical nature of training, bio-individuality, and the body's ability to adapt under stress. She actively researches the role of hormones, nutrition, and environment in this process of adaptation and how training may help a person gain balance in their physical and mental health.
