Denise Horvilleur

Denise began practicing Yoga to supplement rehabilitation for a training injury. Yoga practice provided Denise with a physical and mental awareness that continues to benefit her. She has spent over a decade training others in mindful breathing, movement, and relaxation practices in offices, hospitals, schools, and home settings. Learning to direct attention skillfully has helped Denise better cope with physical pain, emotional stress and acceptance of life as it comes.
