As the Assistant Director for Marketing and Communications at the Rice Recreation Center, Ashley spearheads all design and marketing campaigns for not just the Rec Center, but also all recreational programs in the department. She was born and raised in Sugar Land, TX and quickly realized she wanted to play all the sports and never be inside. She ice-skated, did karate, and played basketball all through middle school and high school. After graduating from the University of Texas with a BA in Sports Management, she found herself back in Houston, TX doing marketing in sports medicine sector. Ashley found ultimate frisbee in her early college days and has been playing and coaching ever since.
