Our fitness program offers a variety of yoga classes to keep you active. The word yoga means "union" or "yoke," uniting both mind and body. We offer a variety of styles looking to help with breathing techniques and postures necessary to improve strength & flexibility, and overall well-being of a regular mind & body practice. All participants must be current Recreation Center members and need either a daily pass or an unlimited semester pass to be admitted. All unlimited Mind&Body passes must be purchased online. Please allow 3 business days for processing. Participants will be emailed once their pass is activated on their Rice ID badge.  Click here to evaluate your instructor.
