Wellbeing and Counseling Support:
For students needing support, please contact Wellbeing at 713-348-3311 — this number is available 24/7. Additional support is offered to students through college magisters, RAs, college coordinators and any of the staff from the Wellbeing office.
Please utilize the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 24/7 at 888-881-5462 for faculty and staff who need support. Faculty and staff can also meet with representatives from the EAP between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Tuesday, August 27, in the Rice Memorial Center Chapel.

Late Night Rice Community Rec Event

Location: Rice Recreation and Wellness Center MAC Gym
Connect and refresh with the Rec Center Center. Enjoy time with your friends and the community for an evening of board games, yard games, and snacks.
Restorative Sessions:

The Rice Recreation Employee Well-Being Team provides complimentary wellness experiences to support staff and faculty in living a healthy lifestyle and working well. All department leaders are eligible to request private, onsite services that support the well-being needs of the staff/faculty within the organization. More information is available using this link.
