Brandon Brooks

I am a NASM Certified Trainer and a Sam Houston State graduate with a bachelor's in Kinesiology. I specialize in weight loss, speed and agility coaching, and muscle building. So, no matter if you want to increase muscle mass, shrink the body fat percentage, or just simply create a healthier routine, I can help you reach the goal you are looking for. I am also a private Track and Field coach with championships and experience at the NCAA D1 collegiate level, as well as experience at the high school and middle school levels. 

My favorite clients are those who are new to fitness and looking to get a fresh start on their fitness journey. I enjoy boxing and train at least three times per week. My favorite sports teams are the Houston Texans, the Chicago Bulls, the Denver Broncos, the Houston Rockets, and the Houston Astros. My favorite workout day is LEG DAY!
