Exy Fable

Exy Fable (xe/xem/xyr) is a neurodivergent, functional movement, and trauma-informed weightlifting coach who uses xyr understanding of these struggles to craft a safe, inclusive, and unique experience. Workouts are created to repair imbalances, prevent injuries, and diminish pain points while gaining strength and enhancing mobility. This is done in an encouraging environment while paying attention to triggers and sensitivities, using movement to expand emotional resiliency.  


Exy has worked with triathletes, marathoners, everyday athletes, seniors, and many others looking to move better, gain strength, and improve or eliminate their pain points. Xe studied in London, England, and also holds a B.A. degree in Creative Writing from the University of North Texas. Exy currently holds certifications for NASM, Precision Nutrition, Senior Movement, Functional Movement, Movnat, and Trauma-Informed Weightlifting, and is currently taking the next steps to become certified in Intuitive Eating/Health at Every Size.
