David 2015David Crain is a 10 year veteran personal trainer and deeply passionate about fitness and a healthy lifestyle. He is certified through NASM and has extended his education with NASM CES ,PES, as well as being certified as a massage therapist. He was also an amateur kickboxing competitor going 4 and 1 in his amateur record. Despite a combat sports  background, David is a peaceful, fun-loving an energetic person both in and out of the fitness world and uses that energy to inspire others. Having no youth or college-related athletic history, David was a "late-bloomer" into the fitness world.

After starting a weight training and cardio program shortly after college, David found that in two years of working out he had barely gained any muscle tone and had actually GAINED body fat. It was at this point that he took a more scientific approach, got educated in the field , and went at his goal again armed with new knowledge. This time he put on 10 pounds of muscle and got his body fat down from 18% to 7%. For ten years he's made passing on that energy and lifestyle a hobby and a profession.

AshleyAshley Lauderdale decided to expand her horizons by transitioning to the world of health and fitness after teaching high school Spanish for ten years. Everyone deserves to feel good, and making people happy makes her happy, so it seemed like a logical path to take. The way she sees it, each day presents a new opportunity to be the best version of ourselves and to improve upon whoever we were yesterday. Fitness allows us a step in the right direction on a daily basis.

With these principles in mind, she became certified as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). As someone who is consistently intrigued, curious, passionate, and inspired by all that the human mind and body can do, she constantly explores new forms of physical expression including yoga, belly dancing, boot camps, acro-yoga, and aerial arts. Each experience gives us something new and exciting to add to our repertoire.
Ash loves working with people from all walks of life. Whether you’re a “rookie” when it comes to fitness, or a seasoned athlete, she is excited to share her experience and knowledge of exercise, nutrition, and general wellness to make you your stronger, better, faster self. Giving each individual client the attention they deserve is important to her regardless of where they fall on the fitness timeline. Believe that you can do it, and you will. And remember, getting fit isn't a chore, it's a joy, and your body will thank you for it. :)
One last note: don’t eat too much candy, as it is clinically proven to be quite bad for you. However, if you find yourself in a situation that leaves you no other choice than to take a candy that is being offered to you—always take the red one. Based on my extensive research, red is always the tastiest flavored color when it comes to candy. Caveat: NEVER take candy from strangers.

Ewa 2015Ewa Jankowska was born in Poland and raised in Texas. Her life has always revolved around sports and outdoors. From family kayaking trips during the summers to after school sports programs, she was always moving. She was in kindergarten when she first stepped onto a tennis court and tennis quickly became her favorite sport. A close second was swimming, then biking, and later kickboxing and weightlifting.

Ewa studied Exercise Sports Science at Texas State University in San Marcos and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Fitness Management. She is NASM certified, and currently working on her Corrective Exercise Specialist and Spinning certifications.

OlivierOlivier Monty was born and raised on the island of Mauritius where he spent most of his childhood between studying and exercising. He wavered among various sports teams – soccer, badminton, track and tennis – before finally sticking to swimming. He spent high school years on his national swimming team, competing at the international level. At the age of 19, he left for Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA, where he earned a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in Chemistry in 2014. He then joined Rice University for a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry, which he is presently working on obtaining.

Olivier’s motto regarding physical fitness is, ‘Let your envelope be indicative of your soul, for the former is what flesh sees. Since we humans are flesh as well as soul, why not satisfy the flesh as well. In other words, let your Self shine through your appearance, for most of us mostly see the latter.

Olivier is an NASM certified trainer and his focus is to bring you the right muscles, in the right place, with the right proportions and with the proper performance. In essence, he wants to bring you functional aesthetics. His confidence in being able to train you lies in his experience taking up sports from scratch. ‘Having to start over every time puts one in the skin of the beginner and allows one to experience the challenges thereof. Striving to catch up fast enough forces one to deeply understand the discipline so as to make the most efficient changes along the way.’ He also believes his scientific understanding of human physiology and anatomy will enable him to guide you in a measurable way towards your fitness goals.

BreeBree Turner studied in London, England, and also holds a B.A. degree in Creative Writing from the University of North Texas. She focuses her workout programs on repairing imbalances and enhancing mobility so that her clients will hit their goals safely while also improving their movement patterns in everyday life. She is an inspiring and motivating trainer that pushes her clients without the drill sergeant mindset. She cares about each client and looks forward to improving their quality of life.
