Personal Training Testimonials:

I've really loved working with Rice's Personal Trainers. Everyone I've trained with has been knowledgeable and fun, so training is incredibly helpful and also motivating -- even inspiring. With their help, I've also been able to work with -- and sometimes work through! -- some of my body's limitations, whether arthritis or major illness. I always look forward to my next session. It's a great program staffed by wonderful people! –Elizabeth L.

The Personal Training Program at the Rice Rec Center is Fantastic! I worked with a trainer to set up a program to get me into workout regimen to stay in shape. She developed a set of routines that keep me challenged and that have enough variety that they don’t get boring, which keeps me coming back. Thanks, keep up the good work.–Al G.

Working with D’Ondra has been life changing. In under a year she has helped me go from a sedentary lifestyle and needing to lose weight to being 60lbs lighter and training for my first triathlon! My sessions are always fun, challenging, and educational and she always includes something new and exciting for me. She goes above and beyond every step of the way and truly is concerned about the health, wellness, and personal success of her clients. Working with my trainer has given me the knowledge, strength, and ability to accomplish great things! – Jennifer B.
