Activate your new year with this progressive functional movement class. The class performs body weight activities to increase your heart rate and to build strength and stamina. This class is excellent for those who want to move better, burn off stress, and improve their lean body composition. These classes are performed outside at the outdoor training park just north of the recreation center.
