Mind & Body Classes

Our Mind & Body program offers yoga classes to help you de-stress and integrate body, mind and spirit. Depending on the day or week, we hope you'll choose which yoga style of best for you.

If you currently obtain a Rec Center membership, these classes are included in your membership. If you are not a Rec Center member, purchase all-access pass HERE, which will grant access to all of the drop-in virtual and in person programming offered by Rice Recreation Center.

Our classes are held in a virtual format via Zoom, unless otherwise noted in the schedule below. All participants need to Register Here to receive zoom links for the Summer.

Once your registration request is approved, please SAVE the Zoom Registration Link email to access any Mind & Body class; the schedule is below.

Remember: If you have previously registered, and received an email with registration approval, you may continue to use those links, assuming you are either a Rec member or purchased an all access pass.
