Quaylan Webb is a student here at Rice University, seeking his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. For the first three years of his undergraduate experience, he worked for the US Army as a cadet, training to one day become an officer. It was during that time that not only expanded his love for fitness, but for helping others achieve their goals as well.
Since then, Quaylan has expanded his exercise knowledge to more than just “Army Science” and now holds a certification from NASM. Despite his military background, he has a calm, peaceful demeanor that gets rather excitable when he sees others doing their best. His “never quit” attitude is infectious as he always encourages others to try their best.
When he first started his fitness journey, he had little idea of where to begin or what to do. His experiences, both good and bad, have exposed him to a wealth of knowledge in physical fitness and well-being. Now he looks to help others avoid the common mistakes and pitfalls that he has seen in order to successfully reach their fitness goals.
