Joseph Madamba considers himself both a student and teacher of movement. He has practiced or studied many different types of sports, martial arts, dance, and movement styles. He believes that movement or any kind of physical activity is an essential part of each person’s life.
Joseph is a certified personal trainer for both the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association. He is also a Crossfit Level 1 Certified Trainer. Joseph believes in keeping up with the latest research in order to keep his clients as current as possible. He tailors programs specifically for each client’s individual goals/needs.
Joseph believes in incorporating methods and techniques from various disciplines in order to get the best results. As Bruce Lee said, “Absorb what is useful, discard what is not, add what is uniquely your own.” He enjoys working with people of all ages, skill, and fitness levels. He loves sharing their struggles and triumphs on the way to their goals.
