Edward Robinson realized his passion for fitness completing early morning conditioning sessions with his college tennis teammates under the guidance of a strength coach.
Throughout undergraduate and graduate studies, he had the opportunity to work with athletes through internships at Creighton University, George Washington University, University of Maryland, and Georgetown University. The thrill of leading team conditioning and weight training sessions led to a job opportunity with the Department of Defense as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Edward likes to focus his training sessions on the performance of the individual. He believes that you can turn a bad day around by completing physical tasks in the gym. While specializing in sport and tactical based training, he also trains individuals who are looking to develop healthy habits.
