David Crain is a 10 year veteran personal trainer and deeply passionate about fitness and a healthy lifestyle. He is certified through NASM and has extended his education with NASM CES ,PES, as well as being certified as a massage therapist. He was also an amateur kickboxing competitor going 4 and 1 in his amateur record. Despite a combat sports ¬†background, David is a peaceful, fun-loving an energetic person both in and out of the fitness world and uses that energy to inspire others. Having no youth or college-related athletic history, David was a "late-bloomer" into the fitness world.
After starting a weight training and cardio program shortly after college, David found that in two years of working out he had barely gained any muscle tone and had actually GAINED body fat. It was at this point that he took a more scientific approach, got educated in the field , and went at his goal again armed with new knowledge. This time he put on 10 pounds of muscle and got his body fat down from 18% to 7%. For ten years he's made passing on that energy and lifestyle a hobby and a profession.
