Mind & Body Classes

Our Mind & Body program offers yoga classes to help you de-stress and integrate body, mind and spirit. Depending on the day or week, we hope you'll choose which yoga style of best for you.

Recreation Center Membership and All-Access Class Pass Information

All individuals will need either a Rec Center membership, or an all-access pass to participate in any virtual classes offered by the Rec. Classes will remain free for Recreation Center members.

Non-members will be eligible to purchase all-access passes on a monthly basis or for the Spring semester, which will grant access to all of the drop-in virtual programming offered by Rice Recreation Center.
