• (Re)Discover Your Wild Side: Mindfulness Program and Wilderness Retreat

Come to the edge, Life said.
    We might fall.
Come to the edge, Life said.
    It's too high.
Come to the edge, Life said.
    We're afraid.
COME TO THE EDGE! Life said.
So they came. And life pushed them...
    And they flew.

    (Guillaume Apollinaire)

The program culminates with an amazing opportunity for participants to renew themselves mind, body and spirit over the course of a 5-day active retreat in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina.
