RELAX & REVITALIZE

"To experience peace does not mean that your life is always blissful. It means that you are capable of tapping into a blissful state of mind amidst the normal chaos of a hectic life."  - Jill Bolte Taylor

Re-Center Yourself Services

In the wake of Harvey, we recognize that our campus needs a little extra TLC. So, for the remainder of the semester, the Rice Recreation Center is offering an array of free programs/workshops specifically designed to help alleviate stress and re-energize your spirit. Our menu of options is below and includes a whole section of services that don't even require you to leave your office.

Whether you are member of the facility or not, let the Recreation Center support you on your path to recovery.
