The Alexander Technique is a mind/body educational process where people learn how to move with more ease and efficiency. In individual lessons, the teacher helps the student to gain greater kinesthetic awareness through a gentle hands-on touch. This, in conjunction with directed conscious thinking, guides the student into a state of more supported ease and balance. With time and practice, students can learn to let go of accumulated patterns of tension as they move through daily activities.
(Please do not purchase lessons if you have yet to complete the registration form above).
