The Spring 2017 S.W.E.A.T schedule features a variety of fitness classes that are INCLUDED with your membership. Choose from classes such as Zumba, Owl Pump, Boot camp, Spinning, and much more. SPRING 2017 

All S.W.E.A.T. classes will be held in MPR1 unless otherwise noted. Schedule runs January 9- May 5, 2017. There will be no S.W.E.A.T. classes January 16, February 9-10, and March 13-17, 2017.
