The Fall 2015 S.W.E.A.T schedule features a variety of dance and fitness classes that are INCLUDED with your membership. Choose from classes such as Zumba, Owl Pump, Spinning, and much more. Fall 2015 Schedule

All S.W.E.A.T. classes will be held in MPR1 unless otherwise noted. Schedule runs August 24-December 18, 2015. There will be no S.W.E.A.T. classes September 7, October 12-13, November 26-27, 2015.
