S.W.E.A.T (Schedule Weekly Exercise and Activity Times)

The Summer 2017 S.W.E.A.T schedule features a variety of fitness classes that are INCLUDED with your membership. Choose from classes such as Zumba, Owl Pump, Boot camp, Spinning, and much more. SUMMER 2017 

All S.W.E.A.T. classes will be held in MPR1 unless otherwise noted. Schedule runs May 22- August 4, 2017. S.W.E.A.T. classes will not be offered on the following dates: May 29, July 3-July 7. Kickboxing at 6:30am will not be held on Wednesday June 21 due to fire alarm testing.
