The Spring 2014 S.W.E.A.T schedule features a variety of dance and fitness classes that are INCLUDED with your membership. Choose from classes such as Zumba, Power Pump, Spinning, and much more. Fall 2014 Schedule

All S.W.E.A.T. classes will be held in MPR1 unless otherwise noted. Schedule runs August 25 - December 19, 2014.
There will be no classes on Sep. 1, Oct. 13-14, Nov. 27-28.
