The Spring 2015 S.W.E.A.T schedule features a variety of dance and fitness classes that are INCLUDED with your membership. Choose from classes such as Zumba, Owl Pump, Spinning, and much more. All S.W.E.A.T. classes will be held in MPR1 unless otherwise noted. Schedule runs January 12 - May 8, 2015.
There will be no classes on Jan. 19, Mar. 2-6, Apr. 2-3. Schedule is subject to change at any time.
