The Fall 2016 S.W.E.A.T schedule features a variety of dance and fitness classes that are INCLUDED with your membership. Choose from classes such as Zumba, Owl Pump, Boot camp, Spinning, and much more. FALL 2016 

All S.W.E.A.T. classes will be held in MPR1 unless otherwise noted. Schedule runs August 22-December 16, 2016. There will be no S.W.E.A.T. classes September 5, October 10-11, and November 24-25, 2016.
