Reservations

Requests for facility reservations should be submitted in writing at least two weeks in advance to the Customer Relations Specialist. Submission of a Space Request Form does not confirm a reservation. All reservations are considered on a first-come first-serve basis. A rental fee may be charged for Recreation Center facilities. A complete list of spaces and a schedule are available below.

To request a reservation, please complete the space request form and submit to Liza Pedraza at least two weeks prior to the event date. Please do not advertise your planned event until a written confirmation is received.

Reservation Rates

Non-Rec Center members will be required to purchase a $5 guest pass whether using the facility or attending an event.

All reservations must be made in writing and are not confirmed until a written confirmation is sent to the event sponsor.

A cancellation fee will be assessed for any reservation request that is not cancelled at least 5 business days prior to the event.

The licensee must purchase liability insurance to cover a minimum of $1,000,000.

A 25% deposit is due 30 days prior to the reservation time.  The balance is due 72 hours before the scheduled reservation time.  After the 30 day request, there will be a 50% deposit.  The balance is due 72 hours before the scheduled reservation time.
