Specialty Dance Classes offer patrons the opportunity to have fun while exercising and learning new dance forms, whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer. Progressive in nature, these classes start with fundamentals and work toward more complex steps and combinations. The classes in this section require pre-registration, no drop-ins are allowed, and are open to all levels of fitness and dance experience. Refunds will not be given unless a class is cancelled by the Recreation Center. Enrollment will not be accepted after the second week of classes.

This class will cover a variety of jazz styles and steps to get your feet moving! Class will help improve coordination, posture, and overall flexibility. All levels welcome. Days

Latin Ballroom Sampler *4 week session*
This latin variety class will feature 4 dances. The beautiful Bolero, a flirty Cha Cha, the Latin Hustle, and a swanky Swing! No experience necessary. Each class will start at the beginning and by the end of class students will be able to dance socially to music. At the conclusion of the class, students will be offered the opportunity to attend a social with their teacher where she will help them use their new dance skills!

This class focuses on classical ballet technique to improve posture, strength, and balance. All levels are welcome.
