Alaina is a Rice LTS supervisor and is a Senior at Jones College majoring in history. Throughout middle and high school she swam year-round on competitive and school swim teams, setting school and pool records. She has taught swimming for over nine years and loves working with swimmers of all ability levels and ages. Email Alaina

Stephen is a doctoral graduate from the Shepherd School of Music. He swam competitively while in middle school through high school and for one year in Syracuse. He has been teaching swimming for almost 16 years now teaching all levels and ages. He's taught beginning swimming to both children and adults as well as stroke technique and coaching for children and adults alike. Email Stephen

Lucy is a junior at Jones College majoring in chemistry. She swam competitively from elementary school through high school on both Texas club and school teams. This is her 6th year teaching swim lessons. She enjoys teaching swimmers of all ages and abilities.  Email Lucy


 Ben HessleyBen Pressley
Ben is a senior at Martel college majoring in kinesiology. In high school he received his varsity letter in 4 sports, including swimming. He currently competes as a track athlete specializing in the decathalon for Rice. This is his second year teaching for the Rice learn-to-swim program. He enjoys working with swimmers of all ages and levels. Email Ben


 Megg Ryanlts_megg_ryan

Megg is a senior at Duncan College and is studying to be a Mechanical Engineer. She loves all sports and fitness, but has the most fun at the pool. She swam competitively throughout high school, competing in every event, and played both varsity and club water polo. Now in college, she trains for triathlons, and plays for the Rice Women's Club Water Polo Team. Megg can teach all levels and ages. Email Megg

 

Jessica HeimannJessica Heimann
Jessica Heimann is a junior chemistry major at Jones College. Not only did she swim competitively for 10 years including two years during which she was captain of her high school varsity swim team, but Jessica has also enjoyed coaching a local swim team for the past five summers. This is her fifth year teaching private swim lessons, and she loves working with swimmers of all levels and ages. Email Jessica 


Ally BremerAlly Bremer
Ally is a Junior at Duncan college and majoring in Health Science. She swam competitively through middle and high school, and swam on the Rice University Women’s swim team for 2 years. She has taught lessons for 5 years to beginners of all ages, as well as advanced stroke development. Email Ally


 
Dani CovarrubiasDaniella Covarrubias
Daniella (Danni) is a sophomore at Baker College studying Mechanical Engineering. She has been swimming competitively since middle school and competed for four years at the varsity level, specializing in freestyle. Danni is a certified lifeguard and can teach swimmers of all ages and abilities. Email Daniella
